At Joiya Move Limited, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as your studio flow.
This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through www.joiyamove.com.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.
2. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking details once it has been shipped.
During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, dispatch times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out promptly.
3. UK Shipping
We use trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD to deliver orders across the UK.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations or external factors outside our control.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected regions.
Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from dispatch (depending on destination).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery directly through our courier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@joiyamove.com.
6. Delays and Lost Parcels
While we work with reliable couriers, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather, customs delays).
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (international), please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate promptly.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels once confirmed as delivered to the address provided, so please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
7. Pre-Orders and Limited Drops
For pre-order or limited-edition products, estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page.
If you order multiple items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise specified.
8. Changes to Shipping Details
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@joiyamove.com.
We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once your order has been shipped.
